We had another fun-filled weekend by the water -- a pool and the lake! :)
Tim caught a huge bass at the lake!
My mom and I went on a walk and found this tiny snapper... right in the middle of the road!So we rescued him, put him in a cup we found, took him back for the kiddos to see then set him free (close to the lake, not the middle of the road)!
Just a little baby... they live LONG lives and in 40 years he could be HUGE!
My mom and I also discovered this uprooted tree on our walk. There are A LOT of cottonwood trees on our lake, and they get so HUGE. With all of this crazy weather we've had lately, this one didn't weather the storm. Fortunately, it fell adjacent to their home.
It was a HUGE tree!
Wilson LOVES to ride in the back of Tim's truck and will occasionaly peek his little head through the window to check on Tim and I in the cab:)
We spent some time at Tim's dad's house on Saturday, by their pool.
