Nail Shellac

This weekend my mom and I got manicures! It was much fun, as time with my mom always is:)
There is a newer product out called Shellac.

It's a gel nail product that is applied over your natural nail in several layers, using a UV lamp to harden the gel product between each layer. It costs more than regular polish, but is said to resist chipping and fading and can last as long as three weeks. So far the thing I love most is that it's so shiney! It's day two, and I'm still a huge fan:) If my manicure really lasts three weeks, I just might be Shellac's biggest fan.

 I found out about these awesome pins from a friend of mine! Again, they're hand made from ARMY cami's with a little yellow ribbon in the middle of the flower! I recently got some in the mail and have one for every coat in my closet! :)
